Today I finally returned home after spending the last ten days in Africa (in Nairobi and Capetown) on a job for an upcoming beer commercial I’m yet to begin editing next week. I’m completely knackered but it was pretty amazing experience - in Nairobi I managed to escape meeting rooms for one night to research some local bars and in Capetown I stayed at the gorgeous Mount Nelson planted at foot of Table Mountain. The crew on set were truly wonderful, the client and agency were the nicest I’ve come across yet plus my whole cast of about 80 actors were all East African and super gorgeous. The day after we wrapped I managed a little sightseeing before I had to fly out in the evening so because I’ve not managed to offer any new pics of recent work, I’ll attach some snaps in hope that if you ever get the chance to visit Capetown, you will take the opportunity, because it truly is a beautiful place.
